Shipping policy

We offer:

Free standard shipping on all orders.

• Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Express shipping $30

• Delivery between Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be expedited on Monday.

All purchases from aistehong.com are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit to your shipping address. Once your package is delivered and signed for, the insurance coverage ends. To ensure safe delivery, a signature is required as proof of receipt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on aistehong.com are eligible for a 14-day return or exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product to us. Returns must be made within a maximum of fourteen 14 days of receiving the product. To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at contact@aistehong.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

You will be refunded to your original form of payment within a maximum of fourteen 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice or returned product(s) by our Customer Service team.

All returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused with original tags on, sealed and accompanied by all documents provided with them at the time of delivery.

Any personalized, revised or altered products, or any products returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, may not be refunded.

Made to Order items are final sale and are non-returnable. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. Contact our customer service for more information.

If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Aiste Hong will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
