SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with delivery in 3–5 business days. Express shipping costs $30.

Deliveries take place Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday will be expedited on Monday.

Purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage in transit. Coverage ends once your package is delivered and signed for. A signature is required on receipt.

Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery. Made to Order items are final sale and cannot be returned. For assistance, contact contact@aistehong.com.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, sealed and in their original packaging, with tags and all accompanying documents.

Personalized, revised or altered items, and items returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, may not be refunded. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be reimbursed.

Email contact@aistehong.com to request a return or exchange. If accepted, we will send a pre-paid shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our Customer Service team receiving your cancellation notice or returned item(s).
